Some questions to ask yourself

What brings you feelings of joy or contentment?

When was the last time you did something that made you feel either of these things?

What is the emotion that comes to mind most often when you think about your life day to day?

Are you pursuing a goal or working towards something that is meaningful to you at the moment?

If not, would you like to be?

As things are, do you feel fulfilled in life? Would you like any aspect of your life to change?

What would this change look like?

If you think back over the last few weeks or months, can you remember a time where you learned or tried something new, or did something that was out of your comfort zone?

What do you think would challenge you?

What, if anything, is holding you back from doing this?

If you were to write a letter to your future self, what advice would you give?
